Return Policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

At Mendful Supplements, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please read our policy carefully:

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before shipping items back
  • Original order number must be provided

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  • Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Products past the 30-day return window

REFUND PROCESS:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Processing time for refunds is 5-7 business days after receiving the return

TO INITIATE A RETURN:

  1. Contact our customer service with your order number
  2. Receive your RA number
  3. Package the item(s) securely with RA number clearly marked
  4. Ship to the provided return address

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive damaged products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Mendful Supplements reserves the right to refuse returns that don't meet these requirements. This policy may be updated without notice.
